OVERVIEW

In this two-part series, participants will explore how to use both qualitative and quantitative data to build a cultural vision. Participants will build an understanding of what it means to have a culture of data, how to ensure adults are successful using defined milestones metrics, how to lay a foundation for accountability, and then how to create a culture of accountability. 

This series will build on previous collaboration that worked towards an understanding of equity cultures and the importance of defining our "why” in the work, yet previous participation is not required.
