Massachusetts Charter Public School Association

Every board should ask how it can best support its school leader, making the job both possible and desirable, while also overseeing school and leader performance. We will offer practical suggestions on balancing support and oversight, establishing trust with the school leader, and agreeing on powerful and strategic goals. Attendees will also learn how to use the school leader evaluation process as the framework for all of this. We encourage school leaders and board members involved in the evaluation process to attend together.
