Massachusetts Charter Public School Association

As board members and school leaders, time is limited, and being able to prioritize is key.  According to statewide board assessment data in 2023, many responses indicated the need for support in the area of setting governance goals and implementing annual work plans.  This workshop will help give boards the tools to facilitate these conversations at a board meeting or board retreat. We will dive into using data to create clear goals for the board and how to gain full board ownership.
