May 13th Digital Workshop: Bridging Digital Tools and Hiring Needs

Bring Your School's Director of Talent!
We’re excited to extend registration beyond the Charters SPEAK community, and welcome the attendance of one additional staff member from each school directly involved in talent recruitment and retention. The workshop will provide a unique networking and learning opportunity for anyone you choose to bring -- make sure to register your guest!

Session Topics:

• Session A -- Building a Cohesive, Year Long Campaign: Learn how to build a year-long, cohesive recruitment campaign that attracts and retains top talent, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for your school.
  
• Session B -- School Partner Panel, Aligning Recruitment & Communications: Hear from a panel of school-based talent recruiters who will share insights on strengthening the partnership between recruitment and communications to drive successful hiring.
  
• Session C -- Optimizing Your Digital Channels for Talent Recruitment: Explore best practices for leveraging LinkedIn, email marketing, and your school’s website to maximize engagement and conversions at every stage of the recruitment process. Work through actionable exercises to optimize your current recruitment strategies and digital presence alongside your school talent partner or with a fellow Charters SPEAK member.

An optional breakfast and networking session will be held from 9:30 - 10 AM. The program will formally begin at 10 AM and conclude at 3:30 PM. Please reach out directly to Madeleine Sims (msims@masscharterschools.org) by Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, to share any allergies or dietary needs.
