OVERVIEW
This session will provide tools to recognize signs of stress and trauma in students whose families may be facing deportation under new immigration policies. Learn actionable strategies to create supportive classroom environments, foster trust, and promote emotional resilience. Through real-world scenarios and role-playing exercises, gain confidence in responding to sensitive situations involving deportation fears and their impact on students.
