This focused all-day workshop equips educators with the tools to build strong universal (Tier 1) supports and durable classroom management systems. Participants will learn how to define and teach school and class-wide expectations, design efficient reinforcement strategies, and use simple data routines to track and sustain positive behavior—creating a cohesive classroom management approach that aligns with broader PBIS goals.

  • Develop and display clear classroom expectations aligned to school-wide values
  • Plan and practice teaching routines that proactively reinforce expected behavior
  • Design easy-to-implement reinforcement and acknowledgement systems
